This Court on 12.2.2021 directed the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner pending before him as expeditiously as possible and within a period of one month from receipt of the order and till the appeal is decided by the Divisional Commissioner within the stipulated period, Stay granted by this Court on 19.7.2017 was ordered to be continue. The petitioner was directed to remain present on 25.2.2021.
