The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed pursis Stamp 3067/2017 and the copy thereof is served upon the other side, i.e. respondent-wife alongwith the order passed by the Trial Court disposing of the matter on 16/11/2016 as settled between the parties. There is no reason to doubt the contents of pursis and the certified copy of the order passed by the Trial Court.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties in Criminal Revision Application No. 16/2016, the proceedings in Misc. Criminal Application No. 137/2015 stands quashed and set aside alongwith the order passed therein.
