Shri Joshi, learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Shri Kadu, learned Counsel waives notice on behalf of respondent no. 3.

The delay is of 4190 days for filing restoration application.

The applications are strongly opposed by Shri Joshi, learned AGP for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Shri Kadu, learned Counsel for respondent no. 3.

Looking to the grounds mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned subject to waiver of interest for the delayed period of 4190 days. The appeal be restored at the stage when it was dismissed.
