DATE : March 16, 2018 Prayer is to grant permission to deposit rent from the month of May 2017 pursuant to the order dated 15/06/2015. The reasons for not paying the rent for the aforesaid period is stated in the application. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and without prejudice to the rights of the parties, the petitioner is permitted to deposit rent for the period from May 2017 in the bank account of the respondent.

Shri M. P. Khajanchi, learned counsel for the respondent submits that before the trial Court R.C.S. No.24/2011 as well as RCS No.142/2012 are pending. In those proceedings the respondent herein would

4-CAW-1541-17 2/2 furnish his bank account number to the petitioner. The arrears of rent from May, 2017 be deposited in that bank account. The directions issued as per order dated 15/06/2015 shall continue to operate.
