Heard Shri N. D. Khamborkar, the learned Advocate for the applicant and Ms. Maldhure, the learned AGP for the non-applicant nos. 1 and 2. None appears for the non-applicant no.3.

For the reasons stated in the applications and the fact that the applications are not opposed by filing reply to the applications, they are allowed.

If the private paper book is not filed till 30th January, 2015, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs of Rs. 2000/- to be deposited by the appellant with the High Court Legal Services, Sub Committee, Nagpur.
