Learned Counsel for the appellant seeks one week's time to argue the matter. Having considered the record, it seems that since 2013, the matter has been pending, which was admitted on 29/09/2014. It also appears that none appears for the claimant though served. Likewise, the appellant has not deposited the entire amount till this date in the Court (except the statutory amount). Having considered this
