It is informed that by order dated 16/10/2015, the said impugned order was stayed subject to deposit of entire amount by the appellant before this Court. Considering the fact that the amount was deposited and now the respondent (original claimant), has been permitted to withdraw the amount, interim stay granted stands confirmed and the present application is disposed of.
