DATE : 05.12.2016 Shri Khandewale, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, as there is no order of the concerned authority, refusing to grant permission to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner would be liable to pay the higher conversion charges. It is stated that since the petition is premature, the petitioner would take up proceedings at an appropriate stage.
