Shri Gandhi, learned counsel for the applicant prays for extension of interim protection which was granted by this Court for two weeks from the date of order dated 26th July, 2022, while rejecting the Anticipatory Bail Application, to enable the applicant to surrender either before the police or the trial court. 2.

Considering the medical documents and the reasons stated in the application, the period of protection to surrender, is extended till 23rd August, 2022.
