Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by judgment dated 06/06/2023, the appeal is allowed, and in the operative part, it is observed that if the appellant has deposited any amount of compensation in this Court, he is entitled for refund of the said amount. But the amount is deposited before the Labour Court, and the Labour Court is not permitting to withdraw the same in view of this operative portion.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the civil application (CAF) No. 1582/2024 is allowed.

The Presiding Officer of the Labour Court shall permit the appellant to withdraw the amount if it is deposited in the Labour Court on due identification and verification.

The civil application is disposed of.
