The present application is filed by the respondent Nos.4 and 5 i.e. wife and daughter of the deceased.

Needless to mention that the Tribunal directed that 70% of the whole share of the wife of deceased shall be kept in Fixed Deposit and the whole share payable to the daughter (minor), shall be invested in Fixed Deposit, till she attains the age of majority.

Considering that, the respondent No.4 is permitted to withdraw 30% of her share in the decreetal amount, along with accrued interest thereon.

The application is disposed of.
