Present application is filed by the appellants for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of the first appeal. There is delay of 1112 days. 2.

It is submitted that as the appellants' claim rejected by the Tribunal, they filed appeal. However, due to financial constraints, the appellants could not contact with their counsel.

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent.

However, considering the reasons quoted in the application, the application for condonation of delay in filing restoration application is hereby condoned. 5.

Registry is directed to register MCA St. No.12566/2020.
