DATE : 30.07.2025 The matter was referred to the Mediation and as per the report, matter is settled before the Mediator. The terms of agreement were filed on record. Those were taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2.
Both the parties are present in person. Today, the husband-respondent handed over the Demand Draft in the name of daughter of amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) before this Court, as per the terms of agreement.

As such, both the parties agreed to dispose of the matter in terms of comprise arose at before the Mediator, which is marked as 'X'. As settlement is in the interest of parties and voluntarily made, the conditions are verified

The Judgment and Decree passed by the learned Family Court, Nagpur, in Petition No. A-415/2011 dated 11.05.2015 is hereby quashed and set aside. Decree of dissolution of marriage under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, be drawn.

It is declared that marriage of both the appellant and the respondent is hereby dissolved under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
6.
Decree be drawn up accordingly.
