Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2] Heard Shri S.S. Ghate, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3] The challenge is to an interlocutory/interim order vide which the authority rejected the preliminary objection raised qua the maintainability of the disqualification petition.

4] This Court was not inclined to entertain the petition.

5] In this view of the matter, Shri Ghate seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the

ld-vc-cw 402.20.O.odt finding on preliminary issue, if the final order is adverse to the petitioners and is required to be challenged. 6] If the final order is adverse to the petitioners, it is always open for the petitioners to challenge not only the final order, further any finding which is recorded by the authority while rejecting the preliminary objection. 7] The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
