The learned counsel for the appellant states that during the pendency of the application, the charge-sheet is filed.

2] This Court protected the appellant vide order dated 10.07.2019 since it was found that prima facie the provisions of the Atrocities Act are not attracted. 3] Since the charge-sheet is filed, it would be appropriate if the appellant seeks regular bail. 4] The interim protection is continued for 60 days to enable the appellant to appear before the jurisdictional Court and to have the regular bail application adjudicated. The appeal is disposed of.
