Heard the learned counsel for both the sides.

The pursis filed by the learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

This is an application for relaxation / modification of condition No. (3) of attending the concerned Police Station, which was imposed in the order dated 19.05.2020 while releasing the applicant on bail. It is submitted that the concerned Police Station is situated at Borgaon Manju Police Station,

0801appp1351.20 Akola and the present applicant is residing in the State of Madhya Pradesh, therefore, the applicant is finding it difficult to attend the concerned police station every month and so also to attend on the dates in the trial regularly.

Shri Londhe, learned counsel for the applicant filed a pursis dated 08.01.2021 before this Court stating that the applicant is regularly attending the trial before the Court and he could not take out the order sheets in the said trial through C.I.S. as the same information is not uploaded.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed and the condition No. (3) in the order dated 19.05.2020 to attend the police station Borgaon Manju, Akola, is relaxed. The registry to inform the concerned police station accordingly.

Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
