The petitioner-in-person submits that his grievance regarding absence of the entries in his service book as to his educational qualification, both earlier to his employment and during the course of his employment, stands satisfied on account of such entries being recorded by the management, in his service book during the pendancy of this petition, in the copy of the service book with the petitioner. It is the responsibility of the management, to take the entries, in the service book maintained by the management. It is made clear that in case of any discrepancy, the entries of the service book with the petitioner, shall have precedence and shall be presumed to be correct.

The petitioner, in so far as the other grievances raised in this petition, submits that he would be approaching the School Tribunal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977, accepting the statement, the petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the School Tribunal under Section 9 of the MEPS Act for the redressal of the grievances raised by the petitioner. It is made clear that all contentions are kept open. It is also made clear, that in case the appeal under Section 9 is filed within a period of 30 days from today the learned School Tribunal, shall entertain that, without entertaining the plea of limitation by the respondents.

Liberty is also granted to petitioner, to file an independent petition, relating to his date of birth and back wages.

The petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
