ble Apex Court in Dinesh Tiwari .vs. State of Utter Pradesh and anr.; reported in 2014 (13) SCC 137, he wishes to withdraw the present revision. He further submits that while rejecting the application, by the same order, learned Judge has imposed costs of Rs.10,000/-, which may be reduced.

Since counsel for applicant wishes with withdraw this revision application in view of the authoritative pronouncement of Hon'

ble Apex Court, permission is granted to learned counsel for applicant to withdraw the revision.

The revision application is dismissed as withdrawn. Insofar as imposition of costs is concerned, it is the discretion of the learned Judge to impose costs. Further, if the applicant is of the view that the costs is on higher side, he can always move an application before the Court below for reduction of quantum of the said costs. If such an application is moved, Court may decide the application, in accordance with law.
