CORAM: B.R.GAVAI & PRASANNA B. VARALE, JJ DATE : 5.10.2015 The petition has been filed with two prayers viz. (i)for transferring the investigation to the lady police officer and (ii) for transferring the anticipatory bail application to some other competent court and preferably a lady Judge.

Respondents 1 and 2 have filed their reply stating that the investigation is already transferred to a lady police officer. In that view of the matter, insofar as the grievance of the petitioner regarding his first prayer is concerned no more survives.

Insofar as the second prayer is concerned, the petitioner can very well make the application to the learned Principal District Judge, which application will be considered in accordance with law. Petition is disposed of with the above observations. JUDGE JUDGE patle
