Present applications are filed by the appellants for recalling of order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court. It appears that on certain wrong instructions Zilla Parishad was added as a party respondents. However, Zilla Parishad is not concerned with the matter.

In view thereof, order dated 17.09.2021 passed by this Court needs to be recalled. The
