It is brought to our notice that the father of the petitioner holds a caste validity certificate. The claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent Scrutiny Committee for a considerable period.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 24.7.2024. The respondent Committee is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee.

The petition stands disposed of.
