It is informed that the applicant is aged about 81 years and residing at remote place at Wardha District. As such, she is unable to attend personally. She has produced Xerox copy of the Adhar Card along with the extract of bank details duly certified by the Branch Manager. As such, the application is allowed. 3.

Registry is hereby directed to disburse the amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon by NEFT in the bank account of the respondent without her personal attendance. 4.

Registry is further directed to verify the original documents placed on record and disburse the amount.
