For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the petitioner does not have any objection, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (1). The name of respondent No.1 in the judgment be corrected by showing it as "Subhash Rajaram Gote" instead of "Subhash Rajaram Gore".
