DATE : 23/08/2022 This application is moved by respondent No.1 for herself and respondent No.2. As per the order passed by this Court, the respondent No.1 is entitled for 30% of compensation. So far as respondent No.2 is concerned, he is minor and as per direction, 50% of the compensation along with the proportionate interest will be directed to be invested initially for six years and thereafter, renewal till respondent No.2 attains the age of majority. As such, applicant - respondent No.1 is allowed only to withdraw 30% of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant - Insurance Company along with accrued interest.
