It appears that office has raised minor objections regarding faint pages of the copy of the charge-sheet. The applicants had undertaken to supply type copy of annexures as and when directed by this Court. However, the matter can be heard on the basis of available copy of the charge-sheet.

Under such circumstances, filing of type copy of the charge-sheet is dispensed with, and accordingly, the Criminal Application is disposed of.
