01] Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the principal amount has been deposited before the Reference Court on 21st September, 2020 and he undertakes to deposit the interest component within a week. In the light of the said statement, the ad-interim relief is extended until further orders.

Civil Application (CAF) No.15 /2021 02] By this application, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 285 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, Achalpur in LAC No.49/2009. 03] Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 has no objection for condonation of delay. In view of the said statement and the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of.
