It is stated that the First Appeal No.481/2016 is decided on 01/09/2021, therefore, the claimants are seeking withdrawal of the balance amount which was deposited by the appellant/V.ID.C. with Registry of this Court.

Considering this fact, the application is allowed.

The applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 6(vi) are permitted to withdraw the balance decretal amount with accrued interest thereon.

Respondent No.1 being the Power of Attorney for respondent Nos.2 to 6(vi) is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount on his behalf and on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 6(vi).
