Learned Counsel Ms. M.M. Ghatode seeks discharge on the ground that contact could not be established despite efforts. At her request, she is discharged from appearance for the petitioner. 03.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not prosecuted. 04.

Copy of order be served upon the petitioner for taking appropriate steps, if so desired.
