DATED : 21-1-2015 For the reasons stated in the applications and the fact that the appeal was admitted and pending for final hearing, the civil application and miscellaneous civil application are allowed. The first appeal is restored. First Appeal No.132 of 2006.

The appellant shall file private paper-book and deposit the costs of Rs.200/- as directed by this Court by the order dated 15-1-2009 and produce the receipt on the record of the appeal showing the payment, till 13-2-2015, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
