Heard learned counsel for the respective parties for some time.
The Zilla Parishad started 5th Standard for the first time in the year 2007 that was never questioned. Three teachers rendered surplus in the school of the petitioners were never relieved by the petitioners and were unauthorizedly continued. The Zilla Parishad, on 17.6.2014, again passed an order and started 5th Standard in its other primary school. The copy of that order sent to the Primary School of the Zilla Parishad, Saikheda challenging this order, present writ petition has been fled on 3.8.2015.
Thus, the petition has been filed more than .....2/-
one year after the order of the Zilla Parishad and, therefore, after starting of 5th Standard started at Saikheda School of the Zilla Parishad.
In the said order, the Zilla Parishad has mentioned primary schools in vicinity wherein 5th Standard does not exist.
In this situation, we are not inclined to interfere in writ jurisdiction.
The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
