20/08/ Leave to amend is granted to correct the date of dismissal in paragraph No.2 in the present application. 2.
The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of the Second Appeal St. No.6849/2022. It appears that there were office objections in the present appeal which were remained to be removed by the appellant. However, it is contention of the appellants that due to oversight, he failed to mark the matter and therefore, the objections could not be removed and hence appeal came to be dismissed on 07/07/2022 by the order of the Registrar (Judicial).

When the matter was circulated, appellants got knowledge that matter is dismissed for want of removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that there is no deliberate or intentional delay. Accordingly, the delay in filing restoration of application is allowed.

Registry is directed to register the Misc. Civil Application.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

By this application, learned Counsel for appellants prays for restoration of Second Appeal St. No.6849/2022 which was dismissed on 07/07/2022 for want of removal of office objections.

For the reason stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellants to remove the office objections within two weeks, failure to which, appeal stands dismissed without reference of the Court.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
