The only prayer is for a direction to the Collector, Chandrapur to forward an application of the petitioner dated 24.03.2015 for transfer of his liquor shop under CL/FLIII License from Chandrapur to Nasik. The petitioner seeks a further direction to the State Government to decide the application of the petitioner. Shri Saboo, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner has secured the knowledge that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Collector, Chandrapur has forwarded the application of the petitioner dated 24.03.2015, to the State Government for transfer of the liquor shop from Chandrapur to Nasik. It is stated that a direction is required to be issued to the State Government to decide the application of the petitioner as per the policy of the Government, in Government Circular dated 10.03.2015.

Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous and is based on the Government Circular dated 10.03.2015, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Chandrapur to forward the application of the petitioner to the State Government, if the same is not forwarded as yet, and with a direction to the State Government to decide the application of the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of one month from this date.

WP4601-15 Order accordingly. No costs.
