The case of the applicant has already been referred to the Appellate Medical Board and now the matter is pending with the Appellate Medical Board, which, it appears is not taking up the case of the petitioner. Thus, respondent Nos.1 to 3 have complied with the directions issued by this Court. The Appellate Medical Board was not a party to the petition.
