Learned counsel for applicants submit that interim protection is granted to the applicants by this Court (Coram : Urmila Joshi-Phalke, J.) by order dated 18.7.2023. It is further submitted that the matter is settled between the complainant and the non-applicants and the applicant has issued a cheque in favour of the complainant, hence, the interim protection be confirmed. The learned counsel for complainant has no objection for it. The learned APP submit that an appropriate order may be passed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Considering the submission of learned counsels, I pass following order:
