She is an appointed counsel. As per the contention in the application that her Junior Colleague was present and attended the matter on 30/04/2024, but inadvertently, her attendance was not marked. 3.

In view of the above the said submission, the attendance of the appointed counsel be marked and the order be uploaded after attending her attendance. She is entitled to receive legal fees, which shall be quantified in accordance with the law.
