For the reasons stated in the application which are not controverted and as the respondents will not be put to any prejudice if the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount, two weeks' time is granted to the appellant to deposit the amount.

2 fa856.16 If the amount is deposited within two weeks, the execution of the impugned award shall stand stayed till the decision of the appeal.

The civil application is allowed in the above terms.

On deposit of the amount, the respondent No.1 be given Rs.5,00,000/- on furnishing surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The balance amount be kept in fixed deposit in a nationalised bank till the decision of the appeal. JUDGE adgokar
