By this application, the respondent Nos 3 and 4 have prayed for correction of their names in the order dated 30/07/2021.

This Court, had granted permission to respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs. 4,29,088/- with accrued interest. 3.

The respondent No.3 got married and her name has been changed as Priya Amol Meshram. Her marriage certificate is placed on record. The respondent No.4 is concerned in claim petition, her nick name was mentioned as 'Naina'. However, her name is shown in Aadhar Card as Nikhita Moreshwar Kudmethe. The application is supported by relevant documents i.e. marriage rkn

908-caf-2056.2021.odt certificate of respondent No.3 and aadhar card of Respondent No.4 showing both are the daughters of deceased Moreshwar Kudmethe.

In view of facts and circumstances, the application is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within four weeks.

After carrying out necessary corrections, the Registry is directed to transfer the amount with accrued interest in the Joint Account, which is mentioned in Para No.6 of the application.

The civil application is disposed of.
