This application is preferred seeking bail on medical ground.

The learned counsel Mr. Sumit Joshi states that the applicant unfortunately expired on 14.10.2021, during the pendency of the application.

Mr. Sumit Joshi further states, that the relatives of the applicant have an extremely serious allegation to level against the authority, which is that the applicant was willfully denied medical assistance.

While the allegation is serious, considering this Court's present assignment, it would be appropriate to keep the grievance open for the relatives of the deceased to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum to ventilate the grievance.
