DATED : 26/08/2022 The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount as First Appeal is disposed of finally on 02/03/2021. The respondent No.1 has deposited compensation of Rs.26,69,223/- on 21/04/2022. The applicant further submits that the amount of compensation to be deposited in the Bank account of appellant No.3 who is the Power of Attorney holder. As such there is no impediment in allowing the application. The appellants have permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondents.

The Registry is directed to disburse the said amount in the account of appellant No.3 after verifying the power of attorney placed on record.

The application stands disposed of.
