DATED : 26/08/2022 The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount as First Appeal is disposed of finally on 02/03/2021. The respondent No.1 has deposited compensation of Rs.16,11,549/- on 02/05/2022. The applicant further submits that the amount of compensation to be deposited in the Bank account of appellant. As such there is no impediment in allowing the application. The sole appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondents.

The Registry is directed to disburse the said amount in the account of sole appellant after verifying bank details.
