The application seeks withdrawal of 50% of the amount deposited by the respondent, as fixed deposit, in terms of the judgment dated 26/04/2018. The application indicates that the appellant no.1 is in need of funds for the educational expenses of the appellant nos.2 and 3.

Ms. Chaubey, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, considering which, 50% of the amount deposited as fixed deposit, with accrued interest, if any, is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant/appellant no.1. The Registrar, Railway Claims Tribunal shall act upon this order and facilitate withdrawal of the amount, as indicated above.

The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
