CORAM : Z.A.HAQ, J DATE : 17.3.2015 Shri V.S.Kukday, learned advocate for the petitioners has filed an undertaking signed by the petitioner and counter signed by the learned advocate stating that the petitioners would vacate the suit premises and hand over the vacant possession of the suit property to the respondents till 30 th September, 2015. The petitioners are not pressing writ petition.

The undertaking on behalf of the petitioners is accepted. Shri Dipenn Jagyasi, learned Advocate holding for Shri Shyam Dewani, learned Advocate for the respondent no.1 submits that the decree will not be executed against the petitioners till 30 th September, 2015.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
