The Pursis Stamp No. 9600 of 2017 placed on record by the applicant - Zilla Parishad shows that it has taken necessary action as per directions of this Court in Public Interest Litigation No. 38 of 2013.

Hence, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant - Zilla Parishad in the matter and with liberty to the petitioner to take such other steps as are open in law, we dispose of the present MCA. No costs. 4.

Needless to mention that as Zilla Parishad has taken necessary steps, no action on its officer, who has initiated this action.
