16th September, 2016 Respondent nos. 2,3 and 4 sought modification in interim orders of this Court dated 17th December, 2014, so as to enable them to auction firewood.

It appears that on 12th August, 2015, this Court has clarified the position and respondent no.3 or respondent no.4 were permitted to auction the firewood if an Undertaking is filed with the Court within a period of three days, to the effect that only firewood and not timber was being offered for auction.

In view of this order dated 12th August, 2015, Civil Application No. 1389 of 2015 is rendered

infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of.
