For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of. The order dated 02.04.2018, is hereby recalled.

On 29.04.2014, this Court had passed an interim order to the effect that the possession of the land in question shall not be handed over by the government to any one. However, this interim order was vacated on 02.04.2018 and liberty was granted to

Order 0410CAW1813.19 put the concerned parties in possession of the land in question.

Though the order dated 02.04.2018, is recalled, it is not known as to whether the government has handed over possession to any one or not. Parties are therefore, directed to maintain status quo as on today.

Parties are at liberty to move the regular Bench for urgent hearing of the matter.
