It appears that all the parties were present before learned Mediator and they were identified by their respective counsel. Accordingly, the terms of settlement were recorded by the learned Mediator. In view of the settlement arrived at by the parties before learned Mediator, the decree be drawn up accordingly in terms of settlement dated 13/04/2023 which is marked as 'X' for identification.
