There was no such Civil Application by No. 408/2022 in that First Appeal No. 236/2022(First Appeal Stamp No. 1554/2020). As such, this order is wrongly appearing in the First Appeal No.236/2022.

I have seen the order passed and its Civil Application No. 408/2022, which is the part of First Appeal Stamp No. 6893/2020. As such, this order below Civil Application No. 408/2022, be deleted from the order dated 23/02/2022. The copy of order dated 23/02/2022 be placed in First Appeal Stamp No. 6893/2020 by deleting the order except order below Civil Application (CAF) No. 408/2022. 3.

Registry is directed to take necessary steps. 4.
