DATE : April 12, 2023 Pursis bearing No.13/2023 has been filed by the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5 stating therein that during pendency of the writ petition, the parties have arrived at agreement dated 24/03/2023. As per that agreement the National Co-operative Consumer Federation Ltd. which has been issued the Work Order would assign the work at Akola, Akot, Balapr, Patur and Telhara blocks to the petitioner out of the work of 7 blocks allotted to it.

The learned counsel for the parties do not dispute the aforesaid arrangement.

In view of aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the pursis. No costs.

All pending Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
