This is an application for grant of bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers and as earlier bail application is already rejected by this Court after filing of the charge-sheet, I don't find any change in circumstance, and therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
