: V.M. DESHPANDE, J.

DATE : AUGUST 24, 2015.

This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail.

This Court on 05/05/2014 released the present applicant on bail on certain conditions. One of the conditions of bail was that the applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer on every alternate Monday. The present applicant wishes that this condition should be modified, since it is inconvenient to him.

Personal inconvenience cannot be a reason for relaxation of condition. Hence, the application is rejected. JUDGE *sdw
